1. GENERAL DUTIES: 主要职责 i. As directed by the Marketing & Communication Manager, responsible in the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services. 按照市场公关部经理的指示，负责设计、美工制作、饭店宣传用品、市场推广以及与饭店服务有关的宣传品设计。 ii. Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works are in line with Accor standard and are completed on time. 负责供应商与饭店之间的沟通，确保所有出品准时完成，并符合雅高集团标准。 iii. Assists the Marketing & Communication Manager with all daily responsibilities and special tasks as directed. 协助市场公关部经理日常工作和分配下的特别任务。 2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责和方法 i. Develops design and artwork according to corporate standards for hotel collateral and advertisement. 按照饭店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计。 ii. Provides technical support to the Communication Manage in regards to designs of all collateral and advertisement. 为公关经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持 iii. Prepares a weekly activity report for the PR department. 准备每周工作报告致市场公关部经理 iv. Maintains the image of the Hotel. 维护酒店形象 v. Attends promotional events in the hotel. 参加酒店促销活动。 vi. Works with the PR Manager to ensure optimum image is obtained for all hotel collateral, advertisement and exposures etc. 与公关经理合作，确保在所有饭店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都给饭店带来优良的 形象宣传 vii. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisors. 完成上级交代的其他任务。 viii. Abides by the Sofitel Employee Handbook. 遵守索菲特酒店员工守则。 ix. Abides by both the hotel and Sofitel policies and procedures. 遵守索菲特酒店程序及政策。 x. Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis. 分析、评估、不断提高个人表现。 xi. Carries out other tasks as directed by the Communication Manager. 随时完成上级交给对其他任务。 3. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES: 人事职责 i. .Establish rapport among co-employees at all levels. 和同事之间和睦相处。 4. REPORTING TO 工作关系 i. Reports directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager 向市场公关部经理汇报工作。 6. REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION 替代和临时职责 i. Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other positions as may be required by the Marketing & Communication Manager 随时准备完成市场公关部经理安排的工作，并对此负责。
