任职要求/岗位职责

A. GENERAL MISSION 主要职责
Responsible in maximizing hotel revenue through revenue management, inventory control, market segment pricing, statistical analysis and demand stimulating initiatives to increase the hotel’s RevPAR and RevPAR Index.
通过收入管理,房间控制,不同市场细分价格的价格定位,数字统计分析及刺激需求等手段限度的增加酒店收入。

B. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS 职责和方法
1. Identifies Key Market Strategies by:
•; Identifying opportunities for incremental revenue through analyses.
•; Establishes differential pricing based on market segments, demand, positioning…. etc.
通过以下方法识别主要市场战略:
•; 通过分析识别可以增加酒店收入的机会。
•; 根据市场划分,需要和酒店定位建立不同的价格战略。
2. Forecasts demand:
•; By day, by segment.
•; Leads forecast meetings to communicate forecast and to coordinate strategies.
预测需要:
•; 作每日预测及不同市场划分预测。
•; 引导预测会议以沟通预测结果协调酒店各种战略。
3. Optimization:
•; Implements inventory controls to maximize RevPAR.
•; Optimizes revenue for entire hotel Rooms, F & B and Catering.
•; Drive up selling efforts.
优化:
•; 通过执行房间控制来活动限度的RevPAR.
•; 使酒店的客房,餐饮和宴会获得收入
•; 推进销售成果
4. Direct Reservations and Distribution:
•; Trains department on Revenue Management techniques and its ution.
•; Provides daily/weekly selling guidelines/strategies for agents.
•; Ensure no channel conflict in distribution.
•; Maximize TARS.
对预定销售作出指导:
•; 向部门员工作有关收入管理技巧和其正确执行的培训。
•; 为预订部销售文员提供每日/周的销售战略和指导。
•; 确保各个销售渠道不产生冲突。
•; 尽可能的增加中央预订的数量。
5.Assist F & B, Catering and other departments on setting up Revenue Management activities (data-collection, spreadsheet tools, pricing….)
•; 帮助餐饮部,宴会部和其他部门建立各种收入管理的工具(数据收集,电子数据表,定价等等)
6. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the planning and development process of Business Plan and Budgets for the hotel.
协助市场营销总监筹措发展商业计划和酒店预测计划。
7. Develops and monitors pricing/market segment strategies to meet hotels revenue goals, particularly to stimulate demand during periods of low demand.
为迎合酒店的收入目标发展和监控价格和市场细分战略, 特别注意在酒店淡季时刺激需求。
8. Analyses and reports on the success/failure of different revenue management initiatives from time to time.
定期的讲究并报告各种收入管理活动成功和失败的原因。
9. Implements and maintains a reservations sales and front office up selling program.
确保预订部和前厅执行各种销售战略。
10. Review competitors pricing and statusing through GDS/Internet/other reports.
通过全球销售系统,因特网和各种报告回顾分析竞争对手的价格和状态。
11. Evaluates group requests to maximize total revenue.
评估团队需求以使酒店获得收入。

The hotel provides 368 guestrooms, 7 ministerial villas, CLUBMILLESIMETM, 4 restaurants, 4 bars, 2,536 sqm of conference facilities, 3,135 sqm of Eco LE SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, SOFITTM Health Club, golf driving range, squash courts and tennis courts.
