1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Job Summary – (Role Summary) 职责概述
? Supports the Section Chef by preparing, presenting, storing and serving a selection of dishes.
帮助上级组织厨房正常运行，并准备制作所有菜肴
? Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
坚持涉及健康、安全的地方法规或其他法规要求，以及品牌标准和地方的政策和程序
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities, maximum 5 activities) 工作职责
? Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the dishes 按照菜单准备、制作、备货菜肴
? Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
? 要友好的与国外客人沟通交流为其服务
? Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
要与你的同事建立有效的工作关系
? Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
打扫清洁工作区域
? Implements the hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

o Grooming 个人仪容仪表
o Quality 食品质量
o Hygiene and Cleanliness 厨房卫生
Others: Implement other responsibilities assigned by superior

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必要条件
Required Skills 必要技能–
? Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
与客人、员工及能高度反映酒店、品牌和公司的第三方互动的能力
? Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
当地政府机构所要求的食品服务许可证、健康证、食品处理证等
? Problem solving and training abilities.
? 培训和解决问题的能力
Qualifications 任职资格–
? Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
烹饪技能或相关领域的学位或职业证书
Experience 经验–
? 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
一年相关工作经验，或同等的教育和经验的结合
