Position:Hyatt Global Contact Centre Specialist

1、Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, Wechat, Weibo etc. for bookings in worldwide hotels
2、Communicate with hotels and third parties for reservation issues based on central reservation system
3、 Handle reservation orders from third parties
4、 Collect & update guest profile, handle guest feedback/complaint
Qualifications:
1、Male or female, fluent mandarin, positive attitue, good communication skill & ability to make immediate response
2、Gentle voice, with patience and willing to serve
3、Good Chinese & English typing skills, 40 characters/min for Chinese & 60 characters/min for English.
4、Good English reading skill, CET 4 and above.
5、With sense of duty and availability to handle stress at work
6、Familiar with computer operation, familiar with Office software
7、Previous 1-year hotel reservation experience or 2-year call cenre experience preferred, can accept multiple shifts
Salary Range:
Basic:CNY2450
Meal allowance: CNY 12/ shift
Project Allowance : SH office CNY 1,000~1,200、KS office 500~700
Language bonus: CNY 800~2,200
Incentive:
1. Full-attendance bonus CNY 200/ month for first 3 months (CNY 600 in total);
2. Incentive from 4th month: around CNY 1,000-2,000/ month for telephone team; around CNY 1,000-1,500/ month for email team; night shift bonus will be arranged based on company policy.
Work Time:
Operation time: 07:00-24:00
Weekly roster with multiple shifts, 40 work hours per week, normally 2 days off per week (flexible schedule)
Meal time: 45 mins (double time for night shift), another 15 mins break per shift
Remarks:
Around 19 work days training; Sh/KS dormitory for non-local staffs (discuss case by case), excluding foriengn staffs. Night shift staffs can stay in dormitory in Gushan Road (better condition).
